Establishment of the company
The company ILD was established in the first half of 1990 as a natural person company under the name “ILD – Air Ecology” – the founder of the company was Ing. Luděk Dembovský, senior.
Establishment of the production facility in Kladno
Establishment of the company ILD SK in Košice
Modernization of production by acquiring CNC machines
Establishment of the company FILTEX SK
Research project supported by the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic - “Disposal of selected pollutants by their combustion on a hot wire”.
Establishment of the company ILD UA in Lviv
Relocation of the company ILD UA to Kiev
