Scope of supplies:
The work was part of a general supply, provided by the company První železárenská společnost Kladno, s.r.o.
- implementation project documentation of exhaust and filtration system of furnaces EAF and LF.
- supply and assembly of the filtration unit ALFA-JET with the filtration surface of about 12,000 m2 ,including the inlet and outlet collectors and the discharge device.
- supply and delivery of two fans RNAO-1800-S, 1120 kW – each with an output of 450,000 m3/h.
- dust handling – palletizing line, stocking silo of dust, transport of dust between the silo and the palletizing line.
- HV connection and transformer station at the plant.
