MOSTEK ENERGY CENTRE
Combined heat production plant and power plan
Implementation: 2012-2014
The project with the title “Mostek Energo – Mostek Energy Centre” has been implemented by the ILD-STAKO – MOSTEK ENERGY CENTRE ASSOCIATION. The general contractor was the company ILD SK, spol. s r.o. and the company STAKO provided the construction part of the work.
The company ILD SK, spol. s r.o. provided the overall coordination of the work and also design, supply and sub-contracting of the technological part of the work.
The company ILD cz, s.r.o. provided the complete delivery, installation and commissioning of the operating sets PS01, PS02, PS03, PS04, PS06, PS07 and PS08.
PS01 – Storage of raw materials and fuel distribution
Provision of thee storage of raw materials for the operation of the pelletizing line and the storage of pellets purchased from external sources PS02 – Production and storage of fuel. This operating set ensures the production of own pellets, their storage and transport to the boiler. The delivery and installation of the pelletizing line was provided by the investor.
PS02 – Production and storage of fuel
This operating set ensures the production of own pellets, their storage and transport to the boiler. The delivery and installation of the pelletizing line was provided by the investor.
PS03 – Boiler room, including accessories (fluidized bed boiler with steam output of 22.5 t/h)
Boiler RKF 25 fluidized-bed combustion was supplied by the company Kovosta-Fluid a.s. The solutions of some technical elements are patent protected. The boiler accessories include for example feed pumps, a chemical water treatment plant and part of an intermediate machine room. The proposed fuel transport allows the combustion of several types of fuel.
PS04 – Exhausting device, including flue gas cleaning
A radial high-pressure fan with an electric motor output of 160 kW was designed for gas exhaust. The filtration unit for the collection of solid pollutants is an OFF-LINE model and has a filtration area of 1,750 m3. The unit meets not only the statutory limits for solid pollutants but also SOx, NOx CO and TOC emissions.
PS05 – Turbine set with a condensing turbine and a generator.
The supplier of the steam condensing turbine was the company PBS ENERGO, a.s.
Type of steam turbine TG 4.9 – 4.0/0.01
Real power – 4.9 MWe
Turbine capacity – 22.5 t/h
Steam pressure at the inlet – 40 bar(a) ± 5%
Steam temperature – 420°C ± 5°C
Generator – 6.3 kVA /50 Hz
As the boiler and turbine can be overloaded by up to 10%, the maximum generator output is up to 5.4 MWe at the terminals.
PS06 – Cooling station – cooling water circuit. The closed dry system consists of 9 cooling towers. The heating capacity of cooling is 14 MWt
PS07 – HV/LV distribution station and connection to the distribution network.
This operating set provides the following functions:
Supply of generated electricity to the network
Supply of electric energy for other operational sets, either by supplying energy from the public network or by supplying energy generated by the generator within PS05
PS08 – Measurement and regulation
The supply of the superior control system, including visualization, was provided by the company ENETEX-TEP s.r.o. using the system SCADA
